OBINNA ONWUNALI

MANAGING DIRECTOR

Obinna is an alumni of the Prestigious Lagos Business School. He obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from Lagos State University Ojo in 2008. Obinna graduated with HND in Mechanical Engineering Technology in 2000 from Akanu Ibiam Federal Polytechnic Unwana Afikpo.

He is a fellow of Institute of Professional Industrialist and Management Development of Nigeria. After working in various capacities in a number of organizations, including Falcon Co-Operation Limited as the Operations Controller. In 2012, he was appointed into the board of Nalis Pharmaceuticals Limited. He is also the Chairman and Director of other companies.

He has attended many courses, both locally and internationally including Owner Managers Program (LBS), Bureau Vertitas ISO 9001: 2008 QMS Internal Auditors and The John Maxwell Team on The 21 Irrefutable laws of Leadership.

JAMES ADEYEMI

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

James Adeyemi is an experienced Projects Manager, Supply Chain Professional and business banker. He also consults in Business Process Improvement, eProcurement and eCommerce.

James hold a Master's Degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science degree from a renowned University in Nigeria. He is a member of Nigeria Institute of Managements (NIM), Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS) United Kingdom, Certified International Procurement Professional and Full Member of International Academic of Project Management(IAPM) Hong Kong.

He is currently the Chief Operating Officer at ALM Buildmart Limited.

CHIZOBA ONWUALI

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Mrs. Chizoba Onwunali graduated from Imo State University Owerri in 2004 with BA in International Relations. Obtained her Masters in Public and International Affairs (MPIA) from University of Lagos in 2008. She worked in many organizations in various capacities for a number of years before she became a director in ALM Buildmart Limited.

BONNIE OPARA CHIMEE, FDM

CHIEF MARKETING OFFICER

Bonnie Opara is the Chief Marketing Officer of ALM Buildmart Limited. A graduate of Business Administration and Fellow of the Institute of Direct Marketing of Nigeria.
He has gathered experience in Real Estate over years. He was Operations Director, Benmax Limited, Marketing Executive, Hythec Investment and Management Co Limited (all real estate managers). Currently, he is also the Project Coordinator of Unique Image Communications.

AMAEFULE EMMANUELLA CHIDINMA

HEAD, CORPORATE COMMUNICATIONS

Emmanuella Amaefule is a graduate of International Relations from Obafemi Awolowo University where she also served as the Public Relations Officer of the International Relations Student Association.
Emmanuella joined ALM Buildmart in 2015 after working in other establishments where her remarkable knowledge of Corporate Communications led to the growth of the companies.
